How do I change my shopping cart?
Your shopping cart is now shown at the top right hand corner where you will find a little trolley icon.
Click on the trolley icon to display your shopping cart.
You can amend the amounts in the quantity box at the beginning of the row.
To deleat an item from your shopping cart, click on the bin icon at the end fo each item row.
Where is my relationship corner?
If you stand at the door and look into the room, your relationship corner is at the far right at the back of the room. If you have two doors into a room, stand at the door at the front of the house.
Where is my money corner?
If you stand at the door and look into the room, your money corner is at the far left at the back of the room. If you have two doors into a room, stand at the door at the front of the house.
How do I enlarge the picture?
Click on the list picture which will take you to the item description. Here you will find a larger picture and if available alternate pictures. If you click on the larger of the pictures, it will open up a much larger image. if you click on any of the smaller ones, it will change the slideshow picture.
I did not get a card telling me about the crystal's healing properties?
We always send out header cards whenever possible. We began introducing these in October of 2008 and as new crystals are added, new cards are ordered. However, it does take a little time for them to arrive from the printers. If no header cards are available for the new crystals you purchase, they will be labelled and if you let us know when you make your next purchase that the card was missing, we will pop one in with your order.
Can you leave my parcel behind the gate, or in the garage?
Parcels do have to be signed for if you choose Recorded or Special Delivery. This is to safeguard your parcel and ourselves against loss. We will, however, send your parcel to an alternative address such as your work or your local post office. We will also be happy to indicate that the parcel can be left with a neighbour or in a safe place if you let us know during check out.
Are the crystals genuine crystals?
Yes. All our crystals are genuine crystals and are all purchased from high-quality crystal wholesalers, many of them are hand-picked for their beauty and originality.
Do we sell wholesale?
Are the items in the pictures, the one I will receive?
In the past, we have taken one stock picture. We are now committed to taking an individual image of each stock piece so that you can choose from what we have in stock. However, this is taking time and older stock may still have just the one picture. You can, however, contact us, and ask us to send you pictures of what we have in stock. We can send the pictures by email, facebook messenger or WhatsApp
Can I purchase a Reiki Certificate for my Reiki Master to sign?
All Reiki Certificates have the Reiki Master name printed on them. You can, therefore, purchase a certificate, but will need to take it back to your Reiki Master for her to write in your name, date of attunement and sign it.
I don't like putting in my details on the internet, can I place the order by phone?
Our website is on a secure network. You can check the security pages as they have an 's' after the 'http'. However, we are more than happy for you to ring us and place your order over the telephone. To do this please ring 01844 872011
My password and user name is not working?
You can request a new password directly from the website. If you still continue to experience issues, please contact us either by email or telephone and we will endeavour to sort the issues out.
Do I need to cleanse my crystals when they arrive?
All crystals are cleansed and energised before leaving Spirit Walker. All healing nets are cleansed and programmed and do not need to be re-programmed but will need cleansing once a month.

What if I have problems with my order or wish to return items?
If you have any issues with your order, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving it. If you wish to return anything, you have 14 days in which to do so, please inform us as soon as possible. Return address is Spirit Walker Crystals, PO Box 225, Thame, OX9 0EF
What if my goods are damaged in transit?
We take great care over packaging our parcels so that your items arrive with you in the exact same condition that they left us. However, on the odd occasion and due to circumstances beyond our control, damages occur. If you are unfortunate enough to receive a damaged parcel please follow the following steps.
1. Keep all packaging in case this is required by Royal Mail or the Courier Company
2. Take a picture of the damages as we will need this for our records
3. Notify us by email within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
NB: (Please note that natural flaws within crystals are not considered as damaged items.)
