We only use this information to view how many customers are on our site and so we can talk to you if you click the live chat button. We can then see which page you are on, allowing us to answer your queries in a correct we. We do not encroach on your shopping time by asking you if you need help. We wait until you call us. You are logged as a visitor number unless you speak to us and input your name yourself. The system will then recognise you the next time you visit unless you have cleared your cache or cookies.
