Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online store, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards. You may pay online using our secure system or, using the PayPal system which is a worldwide recognised internet payment system. We also accept PayPal express. You may also make payment by direct bank transfer which must be in Great British Pounds. When choosing to pay by direct bank transfer, our bank details will follow by email.
If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else outside the UK: we will charge your card with the pound sterling amount shown in your receipt; your own credit card company will convert this to dollars or your own currency, at the rate of exchange they specify. We, therefore, have no control over the eventual amount of local currency you will be charged. However, should you require an approximation of any price in your own currency, please do just ask and we will supply one using standard currency exchange rates.
The prices are shown in British pounds. The prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs.
If you make a mistake during the order process, please do not press the back button. You can go back to any stage of the process, or directly back to your shopping cart by clicking on any of the green tabs at the top of the page such as Basket, Address, Delivery or Payment Type.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, If we have inadvertently under-priced treatments, readings or shop items, or we are no longer able to supply a particular treatment, tarot reading or item for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
You may choose Second Class, First Class, Registered or Special Delivery within the UK. We also delivery to Europe and Worldwide.
Damaged Items in Transit
We take great care over packaging our parcels so that your items arrive with you in the exact same condition that they left us. However, on the odd occasion and due to circumstances beyond our control, damages occur. If you are unfortunate enough to receive a damaged parcel please follow the following steps.
1. Keep all packaging in case this is required by Royal Mail or the Courier Company
2. Take a picture of the damages as we will need this for our records
3. Notify us by email within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
NB: (Please note that natural flaws within crystals are not considered as damaged items.)
All items are in stock unless otherwise stated. Please see individual products for choices on delivery times.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. If there is likely to be a delay of more than 10 days or so, you will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
If your Tarot reading is going to be delayed you will be informed by email. If it is not possible to perform your healing treatment due to illness or holidays you will be informed of this by email or telephone.
We are VAT registered and all prices are therefore inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time due to changing conditions.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, payment is either directed through the ssl server to the paypal system, through the google payment system or through the ssl server direct to sage pay. For security issues regarding these systems please visit http://www.paypal.com or http://www.sagepay.com. Telephone orders are put through the Barclaycard PDQ machine. We are fully PCI compliant and have passed all security testing in this area. We are re-tested every three months to ensure our security is kept at its maximum.
Healing cannot be Guaranteed:
Crystal Healing: There is no official scientific research to suggest that crystals or any other form of complementary therapy actually works. When making purchases based on the recommendations you find on this website, no guarantee can be given to successful results following use of any crystals purchased. Any claims that we make as to the healing properties of crystals are only suggestions drawn from various crystal publications (crystal books) and our own personal experience. Any recommendations are not scientifically proven and they should not replace any licenced medical or psychological treatments. This website is not recommended as a means of diagnosing or treating any illness. All matters concerning physical and mental health should be supervised by a health care practitioner qualified in treating that particular ailment or condition. Any reference to the crystal's magical or healing properties found within this website or any literature that accompanies our products is merely an interpretation of how they could possibly work.
A £10 deposit is taken when booking a therapy. This deposit is non-refundable (following the statutory 14 day cooling off period when you still have the statutory right to cancel) should you choose to cancel at any time prior to your appointment date. If you cancel your therapy within 24 hours or do not turn up full payment will be expected.
Clairvoyant readings will not tell you what will or won't happen nor will they tell you what you should or should not do. What they will do is indicate all the possible futures that lie ahead of you and indicate what it is in your past that has possibly led you to be where you are today. The information you gain from a clairvoyant reading aims to put you back in the driving seat of your own destiny. It may indicate to you, how each decision you make, could affect your future in some way. No psychic can predict the future as we all have free will and have the freedom to choose which path we take. If you don't like the way your life is going... then only you have the ability to change it.

Sizes shown on website descriptions are approximate sizes, although measurements are taken, this allows for minor discrepancies in how we measure items and how you may interpret the measurements on arrival. For example - We measure with a soft tape and the measurement is taken over the surface of the item. In items such as eggs where there is a bevel in the crystal, this may lead you to think that we have measured your item wrongly if you later measured your item along a rigid ruler.
Please note that spheres are not sold with sphere stands. Sphere stands are available from our accessory section.
Sizes shown on website descriptions are approximate sizes, although measurements are taken, this allows for minor discrepancies in how we measure items and how you may interpret the measurements on arrival. All pendants come without a chain unless specified in the write up. Chains and thongs can be purchased as a separate order item. All our jewellery is sent out in an organza bag, if you have a particular preference please let us know at checkout. We can also provide a gift box for an extra charge.

Spirit Walker do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. You may use the returns form which can be found at the bottom of every page but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least ex-pensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than – (a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or (b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or (c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Right to cancel services You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. If you requested to begin the performance of services during the cancellation period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been performed until you have communicated us your cancellation from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
The right to cancel does not apply to the following kind of contracts: • Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised. • Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. • Contracts for the supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items. • Contracts for the supply of sealed audio recordings which were unsealed after delivery. • Contracts for the supply of a periodical or magazine. * Contracts for the supply of distance learning courses whereby you have commenced your studies. Commencement is considered once you have received your first module.
We do not give refunds for workshop purchases as goods are bought as seen. This does not affect your statutory rights should the item be deemed to be faulty.
Courses and Workshops
All one day workshops and courses need to be booked and paid in full prior to the commencement of the course.
Deposits are non refundable (following the statutory 14 day cooling off period when you still have the statutory right to cancel) if you choose to cancel your course once the booking has been accepted. If in the unlikely event of your chosen course being cancelled by us, after your booking is taken, we will either issue you with a full refund or the option to re-book on an alternative date. Workshops or courses booked whilst on special offer must be paid for in full and the money is then non refundable. (following the statutory 14 day cooling off period when you still have the statutory right to cancel)
Courses can be booked online or are bookable with a deposit of £35. It is advisable to take out insurance to cover the price of the course should you fall ill and be unable to attend. If you need to find out information about places to eat or stay over click here
Please note that you will not be permitted to swap courses once your booking has been accepted.
Cancellation charges are as follows when you have paid the full price for our courses:
1. More than 7 days prior to comencement of your course, you will lose your deposit only; any other monies paid over and above the deposit will be refunded.
2. 7 days or less prior to comencement of your course – 100% of the final invoice will be due and no refund will be issued.
3. If you cancel after you have commenced your studies, the full outstanding monies will remain due and be charged to your card accordingly.
4. Commencement of the course is considered to have started once you have received your first module.
You may pay by credit / debit card or cheque with a valid bank card. You may also pay by direct bank transfer. We do not accept cheques as a method of payment.
